International Network

International Community High School is part of the International Network for Public Schools. This network serves recent immigrants and English language learners who enroll with four years or less of education in U.S. schools. The school models are based on the Internationals Approach, based on a set of 5 Core Principles: heterogeneity and collaboration, experiential learning, language and content integration, localized autonomy and responsibility, and one learning model for all. After 30 years of practitioner success working with immigrant students, INPS has begun to design school models that address the growing needs of English Language Learners in communities nationwide, thereby expanding opportunities for ELL students to be served by its innovative best practices.
